So, my last thread, my little sling was in a burrow and closed himself in. Today, i go to mist his enclosure, and i see mites. The weren't the occasional mites that i see, so i figured they were the kind that could cause harm to him. I freaked out, obviously, and i slowly broke part of the...

The roach looks a tiny bit too big... I'd try just prekilling it, and seeing what happens. I prekill everything for all my slings.

not much to say about mine, other than it's a sweetheart. Only flicked hairs once, when i first got him and was unpacking and putting him into his enclosure, but after that, he's been perfect ever since.

Those are nice, inexpensive T's. I like all brachys, and i think they make pretty good first Ts.

Well, it's good to know that i don't need to worry even if it did collapse. Odd, though...I never thought i'd be seeing my little t. cupreus more than my b. boehmei! Haha!

Yeah, you have to really trust the artist. I think if they are good with shadows and the "realistic" look, and can do that "airbrush" looking finish, you'd be in good business!

I think avics are truly beautiful, and the blondi isn't the most EXCITING tarantula, but it's still beautiful. I don't think there are any tarantulas i'd consider "ugly" at all, just less favorable.

Haha, so it really must not have hurt much, huh? Haha! I find the pain of tattoos too be more annoying than a severe pain. A black widow would be super cool. And i've seen some horrible fake looking ones, but there's been a few that were impressive! I'm deffinetly doing the whole 3D look...

They aren't the T that will die for absolutely no reasons, like avics tend to do. Just follow the "standard" care sheet for a terrestrial spiderling, and you should be okay! I have a g. pulchripes myself, and have had no issues!

I might get footprings, not sure. I'll be meeting with the artist very soon to try different drawings and find out what looks best! 42? Nice! I have one of my sleeves drawn out, and i'm hoping to start that once i finish this piece. I would just pick your fav species...and where to get...

Haha, understandable! Tattoos aren't cheap, that's for sure. That'd be cool. i'd imagine any p. would be awesome as a tatt, they just have such pretty markings. I hope not! I have a good pain threshold, so i think i'll be okay!
