If you have the room for the enclosure it's self then I don't see any problem with the size of this enclosure and your B. smithi. Just make sure to remove any leftovers before they get moldy or hungry themselves. :)

Tank splitting is possible...but i wouldn't suggest or recommend it...there are better, more cost effective enclosures out there...

I love the use of natural props. Fake ones wouldn't have even come close to how good these look.
