It sure looks like a purple Kukulcania, and the thing is that it might belong to a separate genus of its own, findings of males in future should clear that up! It was collected from a dry, warm, rocky habitat of sparse Arecaceae forest.

Just wanted to let you guys know that one of the egg sacs hatched today. Unfortunately I wasn't here for the moment, and I'm afraid that some of the babies might came out of the air holes (when I came to them there were some walking outside already). What shall I do?
Yes she was found around Tehran in a burrow. I've heard that there are even bigger wolf spider in that area.
I've checked an quite out-dated book on Iranian arachnids, according to the book, there is only one Lycosa species and that's L. suzuki which was also found around Tehran. I googled it...
