yeah, the thicker the glass (better than plexi imo) the easier every thing comes together, it all lines up more square. you should try to use the clamps that cabinet makers use to assemble but joints, i forget what the're called but should be easy to find.

thanks for the reply. thats exactly what i used. soaked up as much of the smashed ones that i could than spent about an hour separating only 6 more. about 60 fell freely though:D
