This is true, but for me personally to be comfatable knowing the genders, i like to go by there molts, but thats just me, as you say the sexually dimorphic species do make it easy, if only they were all sexually dimorphic! :)
I for one dont agree with pysicly handling a T, my method is just put the old container in the new one and let them climb out, if that fails i take out any deco in the old container and then gently coax the T out with my tweezers and hay presto one succesfully moved T.
Im going to say you have a female there, what size is the moly? The flap looks quite small but going with the fact that there is a flap there is why im going to risk saying its female.
I think the only way to ever guarentee a gender is by looking at the molts and sexing them that way, im not sure going by colour is going to be the most succesfull method.
