    Chicago reptile house in tinley park 40 min sw of downtown, has Tarantulas. and 2x a month in wheaton there is the scott smith all animal expo and there is usually 2-3 vendors selling tarantulas.

    out of the 5 points you listed number 1 should be out of the question, the rest is up to you. I would pair with any females that are receptive, and then sell,trade,50/50 him. B.smithi are rad and need more of them in the hobby!
