Hey guys, a few weeks ago I asked in the forum on what to buy and decided on getting the B. emilia, and the same seller was having a raffle, each slot is 50php, so I got 10 slots, all in all there are 60 slots. Well long story short, I won so I got a P. metallica cheaper than a B. emilia. The B...
Most important tip, don't get bit. :)
Also, you don't have to worry about anything with an OBT, they're like tanks except tankier. You could place them in glass shard substrate and they will survive. Just keep the enclosure not too wet and you're good to go. :)
You know it's unusual, I have 2 Ts right now, and my last OBT was always out in the open and very very very VERY aggressive, he flips over and hisses at every movement, but my current obt, I can't even see him, he's always inside his burrow. My C. marshalli on the other hand, never hides and is...
Hehe yeah, Ts are dropping in price here, but do note those prices are for slings like tiny slings, 1-3cm. :) with regards to getting many, I'd prefer to get only 1 but I'll go 3, tops. It's a space issue and since I no longer am in the tarantula hobby, this is only for display. :)
Again, thanks to everyone for contributing to the thread. I'm really glad this forum is full of people with good information(and are not hostile), I'm contacting a few people and negotiating to get either, emilia, smithi, auratum, pulchra or boehmei. Could be any one or combination of them. But...
Thanks for all the replies guys. On top of my head, im considering B. boehmei, B. auratum(someone's bugging to trade my obt for 1), B. smithi, B. emilia, and I am also considering A. genic. Of those listed, I have never owned or seen auratum and emilia so I wanna know if they have chunky, short...
Hey guys, I've been away from the hobby for a while, and though i didnt really lose all the Ts, my parents are taking care of them while im out for work, I only have an OBT and Marshalli right now. Well, I want a good display T that has chunky legs and nice colors are a plus too, I have a few in...
Get a cb sling. It's less sensitive to temps. It constantly gets to 33C here and she seems to be doing well. But it only molted once in my care, been only a month since i had it.
