Honestly, misting won't really help. Internal moisture is what's important for a molt - and misting doesn't really help the internal moisture of something that can't really drink right now.

Honestly, he looks exactly like a very underfed MM G. pulchra. My friend has a MM, though his is more plump abdomen-wise than the one pictured.
I don't think it's Aphonopelma. I could be wrong, but it's the spitting image of a pulchra.
