    Cancers in tarantula abdomen

I've dissected a tarantula that died for a molt problem before. I didn't notice something even remotely similar to those growth-like black things in the video. The rest of the innards was pretty similar. Obviously I can't say what those are but they don't look like "normal" to me.

    Pet shop Shenannigans.

Since you're in The UK, I warmly advise you to direct your attention to a different source, both virginia cheeseman and thespidershop are pretty respectable, plus if you register to the British tarantula society forum you could get in touch with serious and passionate folks that know, and love...

Been told to get a new spider for Christmas *squeeeee*

As slings keep 1 third of the substrate humid and mist once a week. As juvies/adults keep the substrate dry with a water dish, you may just let some water overflow from it once in a couple of weeks, or if the spider is gonna cover it with silk (highly probable) pour some drops of water on the...

    Poor Starving Rose Hair

be sure to give him always some water, if you don't use a water dish then spray the substrate more often than usual, MM's seldom eat but they'll really appreciate some fresh water to hydrate themselves. Nice pic

    My King Baboon(Pelinobius muticus)

that stuff doesn't look like vermiculite, if it's sand you should remove that IMMEDIATELY. It could be really harmful to your tarantula.

What are the most venomous/dangerous tarantulas, excluding the Austrailian ones?

There's a 1939 report by Dr. M.H. Finlayson, he tested the effects of Harpactirella lightfooti venom and stated that Latrodectus antidote worked with it. He also reported very strong effects on 2 bite cases he witnessed: the symptoms were excruciating pain, constant vomiting, clear state of...

    Pamphobeteus sp south Ecuador

There are lots of undescribed Pamphobeteus species from Ecuador, so there is no "correct" name. The species circulating in the hobby as Pamphobeteus sp. "South Ecuador" "Ecuador" or "Machala" (with one "L", it's the locality of collecting) may or not may be the same species, who knows. In fact...

    T. Blondi webbing herself in, has refused food for over a month.

what xhexdx said plus don't spray water on the web or too close to it, it may stress/scare the spider and if done during the molt process it could even cause damage. Don't try to move or poke the web/dirt door as well, when it'll be ready to get out it will. If you want the humidity to be high...
