To me it looks like a South African Dwarf Baboon species called Harpactirella lightfooti. Also appears to be a mature male. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Seriously, come on guys. I'd like to comment on this discussion, in no way is it a P.rufilata, the carapace markings are nothing like it.

Codykrr hit the nail on the head, I had the same experience w/ A. avicularia, which is a good species for communal, if there is a loss or two, it wont break the bank.

In my opinion, and want to make clear it is only an opinion/guess, I would say female based upon folio distortion, but would never call it a female without confirmation via molt/microscope.
