I've kept Avicularia slings in 32oz deli cups. I had many slings so I tried not to go too fancy until they got a little bigger.

Would anyone be able to tell me what species of beetle this grub belongs to? I pulled it out of the base of an oak tree where the wood was decomposing. The larva is quite large. Below is a pic of the larva and where I pulled it from. Today was my first attempt at trying to find Dynastes tityus...

Are you housing the 3 P. cavimanus together? Then last red claw I had was very aggressive towards anything.

Never had gracilis, but I have C. hentzi and I leave the gravid females in the tank until birth and separate after.

I started with C. hentzi since I found collect them locally however I would recommend C. gracilis as they are a bit larger in size.

Androctonus australis. My baby A australis is the most active of all my scorps always out and about at anytime of day.

It was collected in the town of Arica which is on the northern most tip of Chile. The map below shows that Brachistosternus roigialsinai is found way up in the northern region. Although my specimen is much more orange in color it may be because I submerged it in alcohol before preserving it...
