I agree with all of the above. But perhaps you should try talking to them on how the T should be set up. Like it was already stated just buying it to save it will only cause them to get more. Education can go a long way....

yup the maggots turn into the phorid flies. Any leftover food in moist conditions will cause them to go for it and reproduce. Cleanliness is the only way to fight them really.

It took a medium cricket today but it never jumps on them like some other spiders. More like let it crawl around and on me for a few hours then eat it.
I actually lost the molt...I left it on the scope and it flew away somewhere. Sorry I wish I did have it still. Thanks for the response.

Thanks for the link! There is some good information there for sure. Im still looking for an opinion on my picture though.....
I actually have had the sling since August or September I think. It always has been a picky eater for me which is why it took forever to molt. It would eat one week then...

Today the droplet isn't there but its still wet and...
Ok so my female Pamphobeteus antinous molted about 4 weeks ago. She is hardened up and eating fine. She is an extreme hair kicker and tonight I was messing in her cage. She started kicking hairs like normal but then all of a sudden the top of her abdomen started leaking. There was no bumps or...
