Easy guys. No need to lash out. What if he does have a problem?
Trust me I am just as frustrated as the rest. Some people just need more help than others.
Potato- I dont no how to explain anything any better to you. Its really very simple. Perhaps you are just overthinking.

Potato, listen up. Put in a false bottom. You are making this way too dificult on yourself.
All of us have been through this before.People have helped us; now everyone is trying to help you. Take the advice. Trust me, we wouldnt steer you wrong.

You should ditch the heatrock. The heatlamp you are using will work just fine.
I cant tell what you are using for substrate. Peat works well and is cheap. Just make sure that the peat you get has no additives like pesticides or fertilizer.
Could you show a picture of your setup...
I just use dish soap for my tank. I just make sure it rinses clean. No water spots heh.
I forgot two mention that I have multiple tanks. I usually like to have a fresh tank prepared and then I just transfer the scorps over to the new tank. That allows me to clean out the old tank at my...

I also noticed that my little emp was much more touchy than usual and...
