Phrynus whitei were recently introduced to the hobby as WC from Hondurans. They are coming in with WC T. albopilosus. There has also been some talk about Paraphrynus cubensis being collected in the Florida Keys recently, so I wouldn't be surprised if its either of those.

The genus Cyriopagopus is wrong for this species as well. At least if you follow Smith & Jacobi's controversial revision that moved Haplopelma to Cyriopagopus. Species "Hati Hati" is an arboreal spider that should be one of the arboreal genera like Omothymus, Phormingochilus etc...
