    Omg!!!

A friend of mine once had an escapee 3/4" OBT that was found after a ruckass in the bathroom. Apparantly, it had cornered her adult rat terrier, which was cowering behind the toilet, and it was in a full threat pose.

How has the economy effected our hobby?

I agree whole-heartedly agree with this one. When your average family is forced to make financial cutbacks to endure difficult economic times, that usually means cutting out the fancy vacations, day trips, summer/winter motor sports, and other "spendy" hobbies. As a whole, pet keeping really...

    What did I do wrong?

Not to steal this thread, but according to recent research, "gut loading" your feeder insects doesn't work...sure, they pass the vitamins along...but only in their fecal matter. I found the article in the October issue of Pet Products International.... Just wanted to point out...it's not...

    Petrified to ship my T's

Just pack your bugs according to the sticky. Check the weather to determine whether heat/cool packs will be necessary (this time of year, not likely), take a deep breath, and TRUST YOURSELF. Keep in mind, I live in Oregon. I've had a shipment of slings come all the way from Florida in...

    B. klaasi growth rate?

Before anyone jumps me about the search function, yes, I've used it. I've also googled and wiki'd with no luck. Brachys are slow growers...females can take up to 10 years to reach adult size...some brachys are faster than others (albos for one)...this is the easy stuff to figure out. But...

Feeding slings once a week huh?

I appreciate the quick response, MS. I guess I could have worded my thoughts a bit better. You definately answered what I asked...I just didn't "ask" the correct question...It's all good, though. ;)

Stubborn P. regalis doesn't want to rehouse

Try pulling his "decor" from his home so he's left feeling "naked". Most of mine were pretty quick to evict after doing this....usually just a few minutes. Be ready to "cup n dump", though... they're not exactly slow once they make the decision to leave.
