I think one should point out that all of the experience, and knowledge in the world still doesn't make someone a "good" keeper. You can play football for 10 years, and still suck at it. You can know everything there is to know about the gridiron, but that doesn't mean you'll be able to break...
I second that. They're one of the most underrated Ts out there. A. geniculata would be a good choice as well. Both of these two make excellent display Ts. They're almost always out in the open, and will eat anything you throw at them...FAST!
If you want a display T, definitely stay away...
B. albopilosum - I don't like anything about them.
A. avicularia - It seems like everyone has one. I don't see why...maybe the availability. I think they look like little stuffed animals. If there's a T that could be classified as girly, this would be it.
P. murinus - I wouldn't say...
Right now, Acanthoscurria geniculata. Always out in open, and will eat anything...at any time. I love the white bands on black as well. I'd say a close second would be Phormictopus cancerides. I think it's one of the most under appreciated species in the hobby.
Thanks all!
GOD - I use a Kodak Z740 digital camera. They're fairly inexpensive for what you get.
aaronrefalo - Yes, he is actually ultimate in that picture. I took that right before capturing, and packing him up. We still have our fingers crossed on whether or not the breeding was...
Thanks for the compliments!
InsaneCat - Which ones look dark? Are you using an LCD or a CRT monitor?
xgrafcorex - They can get around 5". Mine's probably a little under 3 right now. For the most part, it's a pet hole. It's a beautiful T, though!
