I'd say female because I see a little flap, but I'm pretty new at this so I might be mistaken :o

You might consider switching out the calci-cand for some peat moss, or something similar. You can find it at most gardening stores, and it's not very expensive at all. :)

I keep 6 Ts in my dorm, seems like everyone on the floor knows about it (except RA, of course), but nobody really says anything even though it's against the rules. Also~ my RA is blind, so maybe I'm just getting off lucky O.o

I've got a sling, and all I can say is that he's mostly very shy... though he does have a cute way of catching prey :) He seems to romp around with them a bit before they're subdued. Such a dramatic little fellow! :p But as far as the shyness goes, I think that's just because he's still a sling.
