she likes the heat alot sits on the hottest spot, drinks, and eats crix.
its a parthenogenetic species and im trying to get it gravid.
i keep 4 Centruroides
1.1.0 C.bicolor (could be a morph)
0.0.1 C.gracilis
0.0.1 C. spec 'Honduras'
my fave are definately the bicolors ;)

hi
i dont have a genus which i could handfeed, well i could but..better not :)
anyway its very kind of you giving them 2 a better home and feeding them.
unbelivable..cant imagine this would happen here tbh, dangerous genus in our shops are very expensive and you wont get one if youre not 18+ so basically they are not interested in selling an A.bicolor as an Emp its more the other way around if you go for profit hehe...
hi and welcome
i canot help ya cuz..i dont have emps nor did i have any newborns but theirs alot threads covering emps and raising em..search function can help
go for A.a i dont have alot expirience with Androctonus but i have an A.b youngling (2nd instar) i always lmao when he goes berzerk on pre killed micro crix :D i lub him
hello
i have 2 of these and both are pretty fat, actually they look a bit like ticks :? however i did recon they grow very slow and they dont seem to have an appetite like Centruroides have for example. Is it just their Anatomy? i tryed to make a pic, i dont really know what instar they are...
hi
i wonder what people use to generate heat, atm im using infrared bulps
often i hear they dehydrate your animal quickly causing death. i didnt expirience
so yet, some here seem to use heatmats but they are very expensive atleast here..so what do you use?
thanks for your tips..i dont know the sex yet..
btw i have seen very defensive behavior if hes aware of any presence he remains in defensive position...pedipalps wide sting ready...never seen that in any juvenile.
tho im raising an A.bicolor hes only 1cm but a naughty bastard :D
hi
yea i knew they have a very potent venom not about their speed
when moving mine into the enclosure now he wasnt that aggressiv tho i used forcecepts
i guess its because he has no 30°C + yet..
