You'll see some heavy'ish webbing when the rosea is ready to molt... When I had my rosea she jus webbed the inside of the hide up quite a bit,but she blocked off the hide completely preparing for a molt.
Now im spitballin here, but i dont think it be wise to catch a pillbug and place it inside ur tank. Not 100% sure but if the T does decide to munch on it and its holding some sort of parasite..wouldnt that carry over..:? Feel free to correct me :). btw IM pretty sure they have cb ones as well...
My Sling is doing the same exact thing..he hasnt been eatin either and i had him for about a week today..but im giving him time to adjust..no need to rush em..these guys can go awhile without eating..im pretty sure if hes hungry..hes gnna scarf w.e you give em down..Mines is a P.regalis probably...
:D Yea at 6" they must be really fast huh..i know my little guy is a speed demon..i got keep my eyes wide open when i go in his enclosure, bc hes likely to dart out in the blink of an eye lol
He fell about 3 feet, im worrried for the little guy..i see no leakage from his abdomen and hes still pretty fast..not as fast as he first was..hes no bigger than a quarter. Also..he hasnt eaten since yesterday morning since i got him and i cnt tell if hes pre molt..not sure if thats good news...
Ok I tried reading other threads....But i haven't found anything..and this is my second t..so yes i am a noob..with that being said...i'm looking for a cheap spider that is easy to care for and just loves to web alot..and a bonus would b that it grows fast lol..i like burrowers n...
