No pic , i have to rely on my mate to use his pc at the moment cuase i am noy connected up for 3 months now , so i am catching up on the forum .
the regalis has no spurs and allways destroys its molt , but i reckon it may be a female !!! the drumming is loud and its very active after dark , i...
My P.Regalis is a year and a half old , got it at just 1cm sling , it is now 7 inches , besides its collosall growth [ i knew they grew fast , but this is amazing ] , i think it is the culprit of waking me up every night with exremely loud drumming , his tank is clear plastic which accentuates...
i feed my crix apples and oranges , and they seem to behave . good ventilation and removal of dead ones is essential . i despise having to handle them with my hands ie ... catching escapees !!! :(
I have a cricket keeper that i bought . cylindrical tubes descend into it ... the crickets [ not all of them ] crawl up the tubes for shelter . when you want some , you simply grab a tube and pour how ever many you want in , it has saved me a lot of escapees.
my female seemani is the most curios when i am changing her dish, and actively searches the enclosure for what has disturbed her , she is also very fast ,,,,, er so ,,, i wouldnt chance it .

How i wish i had a tarantulas living in my back garden !!!
enjoy them .... we would be forever scrounging around the area if we were you !!! send pictures !!! :)
can you not get hatchling crickets ? i just get the appropriate sizes to order , and even though i dont need them all , i feed half less than the others to stay smaller and the rest just grow up ands get used for the larger ts !
never chopped anything up , it must be nasty . those disgusting...
I am sure your t will be just fine . my new brachypelma shroederi [ spelling ??]
has locked herself away for 3 weeks now and not eating even though there is no impending molt . the only reason i know she is ok is cuase if i move her viv i can see her through the plastic where the heat mat...
