    I heard good things from Rephasy...but have never used it. I have used dogfood, koi pellets, hog mash....it has not really made a difference for any of my insects. Now keeping clean fresh water in their cages available at all times I would pay good money for that.

    I am curious.....how do they taste?? I have eaten common water snakes and Florida bark scorpions. The snakes were tasty southern style...The scorpions I did in a scampi with Garlic and olive oil...they tasted like dirt.

    Hi Please change the cage a little. I reccomend closing the top with wood or plexiglass and allow the humidity to build up. Don't worry about not having enough ventilation but worry more so about high humidity. This is important for all lizards not only tropicals but desert lizards aswell...

    Not impossible at all...... Plants on the edge of the tank do the trick or a round enclosure... Even pelagic water striders live for a longtime but use seaweed...

    I have never heard ofroaches producing toxic gases. And they should be very easy keepers and breeders. Keep them just like dubia except keep them in smooth walled container with vasaline on the edges.
