Would it be appropriate for me to say 'ewww' here? :barf: (just had to use it!) LOL!! Imagine dehydrating your T next to your bananas!! :D
That will really work for real????
I was digging the pics until I got to the roaches!!! LOL!!! Eww!! For some reason I love T's and spideys but for the life of me, can't get into the roach thing....I tried to pet one once at a reptile show...I barely touched it and it moved and scared the poop out of me!!! {D
Great pics!!
thanks! It is really dry now except around a few water dishes (got overflowed with feedings).....Hopefully in a day or two it will smell better.....Can T's smell? I certainly hope not!!!
Right now, I am using Kritter Keepers (small size) and a few of my T's are in the clear shoeboxes from The Container Store that I made 3 2" holes with screens in. There were about 4 containers that had dead crix in....I'm gonna have to look a lot harder after feeding time....:D

Yeah, it almost looks like a brown recluse bite if it were a mammal..... That would be odd, wouldn't it?
Pre-molt it looks gangrene-ish....Maybe there was serious deep trauma that caused hemmorage that had no where to go and caused a major pressure sore that killed the tissue......:?
Doesn't ANYONE have one of these?? LOL!!! I would like to know how sensitive they are to the humidity requirements.....Any help would be appreciated!!!!! :worship:
thanks!!!
Awww!!! Your minatrix are cute!!! Mines about 1" long now....not as cute as yours lol!! I like how you did your enclosures....I think I'll start doing mine that way. Right now I have holes drilled all over the place...one large hole would save a ton of drilling time and cause less hand...
Oh my gosh! That is horrible, I'm so sorry. She was very pretty. I think you made the right decision to euthanize her. I hope someone can figure out what that is....it's very interesting and unusual.
Thanks for the reply!! Are these guys hard to keep? Are they picky about the humidity??? I think they are beautiful but don't want to commit to a species that is super sensitive.......
