    No, lateralis are like dubias they can't climb glass/plastic. Plus they don't dig and play dead like dubia. By far my feeder of choice.

    Freshly molted, couldn't sex the molt as it was destroyed. I've never been good a vent sexing.

    Do all OWs have the nasty attitude?

    I think it depends on the individual tarantula. I have a obt that has never produced a threat posture and is very docile. On the other hand I have a Brachypelma hamorii and a Idiothele mira that will strike and threat posture just for changing there water bowl.

    Just picked up these little guys today. Going to set up a Poecilotheria metallica communal. I already have a 3 inch juvenile male, who won't be joining them . So fingers crossed there's a female amongst this lot so I can have a future breeding project.

    My unsexed Chilobrachys hunani juvenile has just molted today. Luckily the shed was right by her burrow entrance. Looks like we have a female. :happy:

    Them 11L pantry tubs are just what I've been looking for. Been looking for a bigger lockable tubs for a while now and they look perfect. Just ordered a few off amazon cheers :)

    I keep my female sub adult in a 10in tall biscuit tub with about 3 inchs of substrate and a cork tube for her hide. I also fill the cork tube with about 3-4 inchs of substrate.

    I would definitely agree with keeping slings in small vials until at least an inch. These are the type of vials I use. I think they are ideal because these offer just a little bit more room but not too much. Not saying the vials they arrive in aren't perfect because they are. My Caribena...
