I strongly recommend UVB lighting unless your frog gets onto mice, then you should be good because of the calicium within the mice's skeleton.

To the best of my knowledge pretty much all pac albinos are cranwelli (cranwell's) horned frogs. The fantasy frogs = cranwelli x ornata Cornuta x cranwelli/ornata are not as popular, but have been bred before.

I am so on board with getting one as well but the only reason I haven't is because I have heard their waste/tank smells HORRIBLE from a friend who has one, is this just improper diet or a common thing?
