I wanted a huge T and the first thing that came to mind was a goliath birdeater. Butttt I was hoping for something big, yet at least decently more colorful. Any ideas?
New observation guys, my first time seeing this:
I see my h. maculata with one of his legs in his mouth, his fangs look like they are grooming/cleaning the leg. Is my observation correct?
I threw a dubia roach into my H. maculata container. He's holding the roach in his mouth, while hangin on the inside wall container, while also laying down new webs from his butt? Pretty cool:) .
My OBT keeps webbing on the screen lid. I don't want him to web there because if I open the lid, it'll destroy his web. Is there anything I can do to get her to web elsewhere? Or should I just leave her to do her thing?
I found this lizard outside, must be native to here because I found it outside my house and captured it.
It's about 12-13" head to tail, half is only the body so it's not as large as one might think.
is this true?
