Though they are known to fast, you guys with 18 month and 2 years without molts or eating you may need to change its living conditions to better suit the tarantulas,
Ive got some updates. It seems as though my fort hall has been suffering from something recently. After all his strange behavior he is now always sitting in a death curl. He is barely responsive to touch and when he does move its like hes dragging the back half of his body and legs. Hes been odd...
I have alot of experience with these wackjob Ts. Its normal for them to have little to no webs in there tank for periods of time. They arent heavy webbers by any means and I noticed but cant confirm that when they mature, webbing really gets cut down. My mature males only sit on there little...
I think he just feels that the general price of everything is being pushed around. I know on the T side ive seen Ts been offered for 20 and the same T being offered for 50 from someone else. The beauty of this forum is you can post a thread saying you are looking to buy a T or scorp for a exact...
I always try to stay away from large corporation owned pet stores for that reason. They are always overpriced and dont know anything about what they are selling. I purposely drive the extra 7 miles to get to these 2 exotic petstores so I can buy from their store and keep them in business. Roses...
Everyone kinda has their own sets of Ts that ground on them from experience. I have a E. Murinus that I think is the most interesting T ive even seen, plus she looks very beautiful! You know how everyone says things around here on the boards. "Buy one, buy 10 more." You wont be disappointed with...

Overall hes just a pet rock. Hes always had this odd behavior to him, but this is the first time ive seen this. The tanks maintained well, clean and temp monitored.
The water dish is actually one those little plastic cups you get from taco bell that they put the cheese in (my sister works there so we get them for free)
They are kind of deep, but its something he easily could have gotten out of. Plus, it wasnt completely full of water.
When i spilled it...
Hes around 3.5 inches. I just havent seen behavior like this is a T before, is there any reason why one would want to complete submerge itself in water? Just curious behavior.
I found my Fort Hall in his tank today, submerged under water past his eyes, all shriveled up with his legs tucked underneath him. At first I thought he was drinking but after closer investigation he looked pretty lifeless and waterlogged. The bowl is only about 2 inches deep but it looked as...
Hows the selection of Ts at the show? How many people show up , im looking forward to going Im just trying to get an idea of what to expect at this upcoming one on the 13th of June?
Ive got a 6+ inch E. murinus thats in a very deep burrow. Ive been wanting get some upskirt shots of er so I can sex her but I dont want to dig her out until cleaning time. Ive got a feeling I should be able to tell its a female just by comparing to mature males and females of the same type...
