    You should easily be able to tell by the size. Males are many times smaller than females. It should not be hard at all to separate males before the females mature.

    I recently accuired an adult female Jackson's chameleon a few dyas ago and it was housed with another male in a large enclosure for over a month. She looks rather robust for a chameleon, but are there any signs that i should look for that would indicate that she is gravid?

    It was just a guess on the species. It wasnt really serious. I just knew it couldnt be centruroides and it looked like a species of Isometrus. so I took a guess... there was no real reasearch involved ;)
