are you breeding them or do you get them from a pet shop?
They might have eaten something toxic and transfered it to the scorpions.
I recall someone somehow managed to reprint the book and offered it in a more realistic price.

can't risk feed local eucalyptus.
too many reports on dead roaches that were fed eucalyptus spp from outside australia.
they do very well on oak.
quercus coccifera is also well accepted and aprreciated.

I feed them almost exclusively dried oak leaves.
have tried chestnut leaves too, but they didn't seem to like them
