I changed from potting soil to peat moss today, got Schultz brand from wal-mart. It seems really fluffy...Can tarantulas burrow in this stuff? My G.Rosea seems to really like burrowing and I'd hate to deprive her of it.

Yeah, I've heard Cedar is harmful to tarantulas...that's what made me paranoid about the pine bark.

I bought some potting soil earlier because I need to change my T's substrate then noticed on the package that it contains pine bark...Could this be harmful to my T?

I never knew it was considered odd for them...My G. Rosea digs quite elaborate burrows.
