Yep, should be ok...unless it came in the keeper with something you wouldn't want in there...like wood shavings, (which I've seen T's on in pet stores before). If it's something you don't want to mix, when the lividum starts into burrowing, (and it will), you can remove the substrate then.

I'm one of those people Holley. I have two large females that I'v had for a few years now...at first I was overly concerned with humidity, but now I keep them dry, with a larger water dish, period. I've had two GBB's as well, and they were kept in arid conditions. Two many times in the past...
