I'm seeing small structures in the last few shots that look to be bacteria of some sort...
Could be wrong, but thats what they look like to me...

But I understand your worries bout the "hot" species. Benefit of the doubt, probably just didn't see the bit about not handling them. no worries :)
only thing i can think of is that liquid bandaid offers more flexibility, so for joint bleeds that might be better, but for unmoving parts, like the abdomen, super glue is fine.

1) According to everything I've read...with ANY bit of humidity they mold like crazy.
2) Mist the sides. They'll drink from the droplets. OR if they've already webbed enough, put a droplet on the web. it will stay "dropletty" :) and theyll be able to drink if they need to
OH and in regards to the humidity, my salt shakers provide the absolute perfect ventilation. the substrate is kept damp (not wet) and ive NEVER had any mold problems. it seems to be the perfect evironment. the only drawback ive had with glass saltshakers is that the glass tends to get quite cold...
