    The tank is a "Perfecto" 60x30x30, couple inches of EcoEarth mixed with desert sand, a mix of rocks placed in a way to create a maximum of hiding places, a pile of rocks basicaly, didn't spent long making it.. -J

    No, its a Hadogenes paucidens, also known as Olive keeled flat rock scorpion. Its pretty hard to find males for some reasons... Thanx guys!

    Is it fat like right after a massive meal? I would put it back in its tank and see.. molting is a delicate process and being in its micro-habitat could only help. -J

    Pretty good idea but it will be tricky for it to grow undisturbed. Following ur idea, u could saw grass in a tub and let it grow strong then bury the whole container in ur tank so u can feed it without adding excessive water to the soil, it would stay contained. -J

    Its not that its not good but it will be a waste of money as this is more expensive than regular sand and wont do anything for your scorpion. if you really want to give him calcium, do it through your feeders. Just out of curiosity, why the calcium supplement? I dont think its necessary but if...
