I am not sure exactly how far south the range is. But if you are near Alexandria, you can find C. vittatus. The best places to look are on dead fallen trees, and trash piles. Just be careful.

When you use mealworms, remove the head. It won't burrow then.

I think you would enjoy a bearded dragon more, than the smaller lizards. They get to a decent size, but not too big. My oldest one is eight years old, and still is very active. I spend about 15 min. in the morning, feeding the three I have now. And 5 min in the evening, collecting the little...

I have one too. They are great T's, with no special requirements. Just give her fresh water, and a couple crickets a week. Good luck with your new spider.

I would stay with the mice,if you feel it needs a change of pace, try a small rat.

For slings, I use mealworms, just cut them in half or pull their heads off.

glasscages.com sell half size tanks, a 1/2-10 gal is $15.00. A little expencive, but they do have them.

I agree that the foamarium look great, but they are just giant sponges. And we all know sponges and T's dont mix. Any opinions on this.
