I want to setup a small OBT communal. What are the chances that one will end up killing the others? How much space do I need per OBT? Should I pre-dig burrows aslong with using plenty of hides?

I made a foam backround for my T enclosure and I'm sealing the foam with non toxic epoxy resin. Any ideas of what to stick to the resin to make it look good? I want somethnig that will not soak up moisture and grow mold. I have plenty of sand but I don't think that would look very good. Any ideas?
