as adults, that size is just fine, IMOP. Everyone says something different. I prefer communal tanks to be smaller to avoid Ts making less "communal." To be communal I think the Ts need to be running into eachother, laying on eachother quite often, sharing food etc. Not just sometimes...

I would say it is definately not too small. In fact, I believe it to be a little big. I have 5 Regalis an a 2 quart container, all 2.75-4 inches, doing great.
