A few female crickets that survived the last few nights have laid eggs in the soil of my tank, and I think that the eggs have a good chance of hatching in the conditions in my tank. Will the scorps eat the crickets when they hatch?

aidan, is it normal for my scorp to rest with it's tail sitting on the ground beside it, mine has been doing this lately. one is getting real fat, and the other one is the one thats dragging its tail, and growing thinner.

i dont think emps stridulate. some heterometrus can, but ive never heard mine do it.
i think its cuased by rubbing together body parts. either that or rapidly venting air out of the spiracles.
