my female went through 2 males. she laid a sac with the 2nd still with her. she killed him and i mean killed, didnt eat him or anything just after laying her eggsac. she died about 3 months later. not sure why. she was eating and being normal. but i think old age got to her. cheers Lucais

i had a MM genic and spread out he was just over 10 inchs. my biggest female is around 8 inchs

my female h.incei's eggsac opened the other day. i had her in the smallest KK you can get. i put the KK in a 10 gallon vivarium and so far its doing awsome. the mother feeds all of them, and a few have started to construct there owns homes through out the tank. cheers Lucais

that sucks! my male blondi just matured but his legs got all deformed. hes only got one good leg so hes been pulling himself around:( worst part is hes quite possibly the only MM blondi in Canada.

I got this MM pokie as a P.regalis. after looking at it i dont think its a regalis at all, there is no pale band on the abdomen. can anyone help, i wouldnt want to put him in with the wrong lady! thanks Lucais

there are brown widows everywhere here. ive got a few females with egg sacks in all corners of the basement. i get rid of the sacs most of the time, but they seem to take a really long time to hatch, they were made probly in december and theyre still full and hanging.

my dad was bitten by a brown widow 2 summers ago, the finger bit turned black and purple. the other fingers were all discolored and swollen. it took 4 weeks before there was no pain or discoloration. he said the pain was intense from his finger all through his arm and into his chest for aboot...
