The Size of Your T Enclosure - Feel Guilty?

i really think it depends on the spider. i have 3 female goliaths in 3 20 long tanks. only one truelly uses all the space she has the other 2 sit huddled in there hides or near there water bowls. i have other smaller tarantulas that i have noticed that they don't move much, while that 1 odd ball...

Feeding Males to Females (Read First, then Vote)

it really depends on the mating, sometimes the pair get after it right away and then break apart fast.i have had a few ocasions the female was hesiatent to mate so i left them together for a while and returned to see her eating him. i guess i would not feed him to her on purpose.:D :D

Gone for three weeks and don't know what to do

make shure your avic substrates fairly wet, they will not rest on it and it's gonna keep the tank damper/humid. you could also try adding a larger water bowl or even an extra bowl.that's all they really need.. good luck in basic:D :D

    T. Blondi missing fangs... update.

i've got 6 adult blondi's ...everyone's in 5 to 6 inch substrate....they never dig. they will use there hides i've given them but they have never done there own tunneling. i agree about spiders not knowing what depth substrate there on, when i get new animals and conflicting info on them. i keep...
