I would just like to share that I've been breeding my own mealworms and super mealworms for a couple of years now, and Ive raised 19 T's from sling to adults with no problems at all. My reptiles cant get enuff of them. They have more protein. very healthy feeders. regular mealworm are very easy...
I can find perlite everywhere, but vermiculite not so much. Is there a big difference between them? I just want to know if perlite will be fine to use. It seems that most people use vermiculite and I'm not sure why. Any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I dont know if this helps, but I have 15 T's, and I use a red heat bulb and whenever I turn on to them They actually come to the light and climb the enclosure. I guess the like the heat from it, and they dont mind the light being on them at all. Infact they love it. Its when I use a flash light...
I live in biloxi and I have a B. Salmon thats about 3 and half inches. I guess I could pass down mine and pick up another from my dealer if you still want it.
