They wer together for almost the whole night. I kept watch making sure they stayed apart, until...... Fell asleep. Whoops. One less OBT.

Honestly... I think my G Rosea, appreciated the kill. After all they are predators. I'm just glad she didn't get hurt, and I do feel really bad about the OBT. Good one about the DJThinK comment. All the pics I have are pretty blurry. But I do have one with them together. I'll upload it...

There's nothing wrong with starting out with a G. Rosea. They are excellent. Not my first, but my second, as well as my first adult. They do so great with handling, if you plan to handle, which I recommend for a G. Rosea. I know, its only for our benefit, but that's half the reason for the...

Is it just me or are baby tarantulas insanely cute? I mean like cute cute.... like cuter than the Puppy Bowl cute even. In fact there should be a 2nd instar bowl on T-Day. Oh man! Someone do a live web cam cast of a bunch of slings.
