Hey Guys, i was wondering if there is anyone on here from the West Midlands UK who has got any imperial scorps for sale as i am looking to give my scorpion a freind, i had a total of 3 scorps in my tank but 2 had died as they both got old and i think my one scorp needs some company. if not i...
as most of you have either seen or heard my imperial scorp has given birth, well one of them has fallen off, on its back its has got a line of gray, and its running round the viv opening its pincers and using its tale, its still a bit white, but i have removed it from mother and put it into its...
thats a bloody good idea :) i will get a big enough plastic container and cover it with duck tape :) thanks for the idea, i have to admit i am feeling worried about it, but i have to do it :( what would happen if i just moved the whole tank, would that stress her out alot?
Ok my ipmerial has had lings on her back now for 3 weeks and still none of them have fallen off, how long does it take? or is it a matter of how long is a peice of string?
i am about to move house, and i need to transport my "up the duff" imperial, she has about 20 scorplings on her back, i cant move her in the viv as its huge, and its going pin the back of a van, and i dont like that idea, so i have already got a smaller plastic viv to transport her in, whats the...
one of my imperials has a leg missing, but i have noticed her balance is not very good, maybe its because she is young and still learning, but just thought of saying it.
yeah, the scorps were off the mum, they are still white, but i thought they had fallen off, so i put them in a tank on thre own, 3 of them are still fine, is it worth me putting them back on the mother?
hmm ok, not sure who has seen my latest posts, but my imperial female gave birth, i she dropped 5 babies they were still white, and prolly been off the mum for about a week, i put them in there own little viv, with a fauls bottom, the heat is about 28c i have put a water bowl with with spider...
hmm i think i might be stressing her out i seem to check every night to see if they have fallen off, but i will leave her alone now :) i will check her in a couple of days to see whats happened, i just want to keep all the babies and make sure they all survive, dont get my wrong i already have 5...
ok, so if i leave her alone then for a good couple of nights, and then check her again, i am just worried that i am not going to have any babies, as she will have eaten them all, five have already fallen off and are in a viv on there own :) and there all doing great, but she has 12 on her back...
ok, my imperial scorp has had kids, but she keeps eating them, she has eaten about 4 out of the 20 she has had, why is this, i have put crickets in and she doesnt seem interested, but yet she keeps eating her kids why is this, and what can i do to stop her?
i am happy to report that i have 4 health scorplings living on there own, the mother still has seven on her, so waiting for her to drop them :) i will get some pictures uploaded soon :)
ok, the babys still have not fallen off her back yet, i am just wondering if i should take them off her, or just wait, if i was to take the babies off her, how would i do it, or is it best to leave her to it, and how long would it take for them all to fall off, i feel like i am stressing her out...
