    Sling not Eating

They usually make hide themselves by digging a hole. for Grammostala genus, it is very normal that they dont eat that much, they are very slow growing species (takes at least 5 years to be mature) sbt83: I guess you have a premolt sling, dont try to feed it anymore till it's molted. If in a...

    Sling not Eating

T's can also being inactive for a certain period of time even if they are slings. It can also last for few months. As long as the abdomen is not smaller than the cephalothorax, there is almost nothing to worry about.

    Substrate Mix: Coconut husk and...

I mostly use coconut fiber mixed with grinded shell, it makes a good substrate. Soil is perfect too, but you have to make sure that it is sterile, no manure or other chemicals in it.

    reccomended t's

Nope. I have 4 pokies and they are all very docile. A little bit nervous but really unagressive. My MM P. Irminia is by far the most agressive I have, you just need to look at it and it makes a big threatpose. But if I touch him with a stick, he wont bite it, he prefer to lay back.

    OK tank for a sling?

Normally, they will live, no problem. You dont need a water dish till its a big juvenile. You just need to mist water frequently and make sure that the substrate is always wet. T's normally suck the water off the substrate, they rarely drink from the dish.

    reccomended t's

GBB (chromatopelma cyaneopubscens) is defenitly THE choice. You wont find any terrestrial T's more colorfull than this specie and they dont have a potent venom.
