Ok thank you guys a lot
Guys I have a question, my nhandu chromatus was 3 inches and is now in the region of 3.5-4 inches after her molt. It has been 5 full days and I’m on the sixth day now and her fangs are black and when I test her attitude by tapping the ground she goes over to it like she...
My nhandu chromatus has recently molted but has a very small abdomen and I am wondering how small is to small. I can’t feed her until her fangs harden up or else she could brake them and definitely die. I have supplied her with fresh water and I will upload a photo of her when I can. She was 3...
I fed her on the 30th July a dubia roach around the size of her abdomen+carapace (body length?) and she took it down and ate it so I am going to feed her every 7 days. Should I do it more often,Since nhandu chromatus is a very good eater? I also am wanting to keep her abdomen at 1.5x the...
Guys I have a question. I am keeping my nhandu chromatus On dry coco fibre. I placed a hide onto it and placed the hide inside the coco fibre partially so it made a cave kinda. The next day she looked like she was enjoying burrowing into it more and she had made another entrance at the other...
 Ok well thank you everyone for helping me out and reassuring me that she’s fine. If I see any changes or things wrong with her I’ll post here about it and I’ll respond to messages here every time I check.
I am going to put her inside a exo terra Faunarium as she has climbed onto the mesh and I’m extremely worried her little feet could get stuck! My substrate is on the way and I’ll be customising the top with acrylic so she doesn’t risk this. Would keeping her in a large Faunarium with no...
She is in a good position but if I open her tank I could disturb her and being a nhandu chromatus they can be very feisty. She could end up bolting at my phone and trying to bite it possibly braking her fangs and she seems to just be chilling on the substrate in the middle of the open so I...
I will update with whatever I can and hopefully she is completely fine and just needs to settle in. I put in a second water dish near the back of the tank and came back later to find some little bits of dirt in it, maybe and hopefully she had a little drink.
No there was no cooling/heating packs in the shipment but it had moist tissue probably to prevent dehydration/humidity. It was well packed and packaging was cool when I received her. She is currently sitting under a tree log and digging in a corner so I guess she is ok ?
