about three weeks till they hatch and after that about two weeks till their first molt then they don't need mom anymore and can take care of themselves!:)
mine came back up and is a lot slower than normal and stays in the same spot for hours which i’ve never seen her do before but she hasn’t molted since i got her only a month ago so i’m keeping my hopes up that it’s just time for her to shed
she’s been laying in this corner all day even put some banana to entice her but she hasn’t budged. she’s has her head and a few segments in the dirt. has anyone come across this? should i move her to a smaller enclosure alone to observe her some more or leave her be?
my mili tank has a gnat infestation, would it be safe to keep my ivories in a container with just coco fiber and some expanded oak pellets for a few hours while I get it situated? im going to clean out it out and redo the substrate
i want to redo my substrate with a more nutritious recipe so i’m going to change 70 or 80 percent of it. how do i lose as little springtails as possible while doing this?
just found this on my ceiling and i have zero knowledge with spiders. just want to make sure it’s nothing dangerous it’s huge! also not sure what helps with identifying i can probably get some better pics if i have to
