Can Javanimetrus cyaneus(formely H. cyaneus) and Heterometrus silenus crossbreed ? Since the Javanimetrus is nowin another genus ?

I got multiple of the same species on the same moult. Some are a lot bigger than others. Usually males grow larger ( on the same moult, as what i noticed) but some females are just as large. Does anyone know if you breed the bigger ones with the bigger ones will they make an evem bigger one...
I dont put water dishes, I spray them with water every single day, and pour water down 1 corner of the encloser. Also there is plenty of ventilation. Theres holes big enough to shove adult size crickets throught them all around the encloser and on top.
