First time in all my years dealing with mites. Can we help identify what kind and treatment?? Only 2 seem to have been hit and have been quarantined but will go ahead and dry out all the rest with no food.
Any more experts please and thanks.

Needs to be a little more moist. I like to use live plants like pothos. I generally just take care of the plants and the T's are there. Keep the plants happy.
There was TATS a few years ago. We met regularly for a while then real life got a hold. Was really fun. Ill be at the Daytona show for sure. The Snake and Gecko show. Have found a few tarantula gems there for a decent price if you look hard enough.

Dont expect it to grow. Most mosses put in tanks need lots of light and lots of moisture. I have live moss growing in my vivarium but not for my T's. I use them for decor as well. It wi inevitably dry up and turn brown. Well.. more brown.
Are we positive its a female? A healthy female will eat. Theyre more opportunistic. Males just have one thing on their mind and will eat every so often. Avics do go through random death spells unfortunately. Double check their moth area to rule out nematodes or other parasites.
I promise she wont care if there is a skull or a sweey piece of wood. Spiders are neat freaks. If you want one can see all the time. I suggest a different sp. Like A genics. Youre not being selfish on wanting to ssee her. I hardly see some of mine and it "bugs" me lol. Just let her be. Feed her...
I'm also doing a little test.. I'm using distilled non chlorinated water. A lot of people just use normal tap water. Some places have highly chlorinated water which in my head would kill ewls from constant exposure with little to no vents.
Knock on wood. Out of about 250 ..6 have died juat because of random thingsm. Normal incubator and all. I changed out the paper towels to keep the water fresh amd non stagnant. Small fan blowing on it sometimes to keep air fresh. No mold very clean.. all are about to hit 2nd instar anyday now...
