@RezonantVoid I’m wondering why there’s a discrepancy between when to pull the sac for our species vs exotics... Holy hell. 223?! Is that considered about the average amount of eggs laid?

@RezonantVoid No way your mum got more impatient:lol: That’s adorable! Gotcha! I couple of people suggested 30ish but some of the more experienced keepers in the community told me that it’s safer towards the 40-50 days range as well. Fingers crossed!

Paired the newly acquired female with my male 2x times now with about 5-6 successful inseminations in total. Hoping to pair them at least once more.

Same girl from my last post! Gravid mumma. It’s still cold in Melbourne and without heating, I’m not expecting her to lay a sac anytime soon.

Yup, if you see under the caption, it says “Picture from seller”. I would have tagged you but you didn’t have an account back then.

Have a munch. Still have to pair her a couple more times before I can safely hope for an egg sac. She’s been, unfortunately, very unreceptive of the male ever since they had their first pairing.

I wasn’t aware they they are so tiny! They appeared to me more like 60-80mm and built something like a H Versuta with giant chelicerae. Please do! Even if it’s the ones you breed down the line. I’ll be happy to buy some.

The person I got this from hasn't been able to find any females unfortunately. As Rez said, we should have slings from this couple soon!!:D Very exciting!

What a beautiful boy! He ran onto me when I unboxed him and I was shaking. Never handled anything like that before and was not going to but I’m glad I did. He was so calm and gentle. @[126367:@RezonantVoid]
