    Not sure of what the size of your T is but I also received my avic in a container just like yours. Mine was even worse because it had just one plant, no cork bark and wrong substrate. I had it in there for a little over a month as a I figured out a better enclosure. That's to say... yours is...

    I re-housed on Saturday but didn't get to post pictures then (slightly scary but overall went smoothly). I added hinges and cut out a strip at the bottom to make it easier to open. I also removed the wired mesh from the front hole and closed it with a plexiglass piece. I added ventilation holes...

    I see, thanks... I will get cocofiber substrate, tree moss, corkbark and a silk plant with the new enclosure. Not %100 sure yet but I think I'll switch over to the new enclosure and merge items from the old one as needed. I will repost when I get it done. Oh well... I'll have to wait and see...

    I got an A. Avicularia (I think? It says Pink Toe but there's no scientific name) for Christmas. This is a picture from day 1 I didn't know I was getting it so I couldn't do any research ahead of time. Since then I got rid of the sponge in the water dish and realized the enclosure is wrong...
