Mine is always on top. It hasn't constructed a burrow yet even though I've started one for it. I've had it for ~5 months now.

I just keep 'em at room temperature. They stay in my closet in the dark. If I had to guess, they're probably around 80 degrees.

I keep lobsters and dubia right now. I love lobsters except for the fact that they can climb. They're fast breeders and good sizes, too. I haven't fed off any dubia yet so I can't answer much on them.

I'd just leave the molt there. Most of the time my T's will bring the exuvium somewhere out in the open where it's easy to take out.

They also offer 100 for $6.49 which is pretty cheap.

Yeah, those size crickets should be fine. You could try crushing the heads of the crickets before putting them in with the T if you're worried.

Rosie's can go months and months and months without eating and no ill effects. You've got nothing to worry about!

I feed mine lobster roaches. All my various sized T's love 'em.

You can order crickets in a tube via http://www.flukerfarms.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=2 50 for $5.00 so its 10c each. That's about the same as a petstore. You can also pick the age of crickets you want.

I believe all "baboon" tarantulas are from Africa.
