Someone tell Bryan Barczyk to stick to snakes!!!!!

If he can’t even recognise the difference between an arboreal and s terrestrial species and doesn’t know scientific names they why has he even bothered, apart from the glory of being able to claim owning a Tarantula? You say ‘stick to snakes’ although his snake care is poor if I’m being...

Need help identifying random millipede I found.

Completely agree! That species went right over my head. I’m presuming male because of the legs but without pictures from the underside it’s harder to tell!

    Which one?

Thanks! Thought it seemed quite irrational, with them being called ‘flat rock’ but I thought it best to ask anyway!

    Which one?

Thank you. It was from a pet shop employee and as we all know, there are stereotypes for them for a reason!

    Which one?

So I have recently been looking for a P. Imperator and with little luck, I have been loosing hope. Anyway, having spoken to a couple of people, they have advised that they spend all of their time buried deep down into the substrate. I was completely committed to buying one but now I’m...

Need help identifying random millipede I found.

Have you sexed it? It may be that only one sex has the pointed tail. From what I can see it looks like a male but I am open to argument.

Need help identifying random millipede I found.

Couldn’t be sure but now seriously considering the option of a Ghana Red Banded Millipede. From what I have seen not all of them have the tiny point at the end although some do seem to.

Please excuse me excessive use of the work ‘however’. I am reading it back to myself having posted and cringing majorly at the sight of my terrible grammar.

    Pandinus Imperator

I live in the U.K. near Doncaster. I have been on the hunt for a P. Imperator for a couple of months. My local Jolleys (I know pet shops really aren’t an ideal place to buy them) sells them, although with it being winter now it is becoming exceedingly difficult to get them into the shop. We are...

Need help identifying random millipede I found.

I can’t see the picture but there’s a chance it could be a ponytail millipede.

    Tiny Arboreal Species

Yes I did! I couldn’t seem to find very many of them all all were quite expensive. I am still new to venomous pets (I say this because I have lots of insects and things like that) so I would rather not spend all that much just yet, although thank you for the suggestion. Do you have any idea...

    Tiny Arboreal Species

This is a bit of an odd one and i appreciate that some of you will have differing views over weather or not it is fair to the animal but I will ask anyway. Essentially, I was watching The Dark Den on YouTube and one if his videos was about building a terrarium for a tarantula sling out of a...
